Les Lucioles

The main aim of the inclusive nursery “Les Lucioles” is the daily care of children with and without disabilities. It gives the opportunity to each child to reveal their ability while having dedicated care. Because valuing potential is a source of fulfillment.

Having a child with special needs can be a challenging and overwhelming experience for parents. It can be difficult to know where to start in terms of finding resources and support for your child. And from this darkness, the nursery “Les Lucioles” (“firefly” in French) gives light to the parents, meaning to help them to understand their child’s needs and a support network of other parents, caregivers, and professionals who can provide guidance and understanding.

The Ambitious Group believes that, given the necessary resources, every individual has the capacity to reach their full potential. So does the nursery Les Lucioles.

This is in line with our mission which is to make success a habit for our clients, our candidates and ourselves by enabling them to reach their full potential. In addition, we have a corporate culture that encourages diversity and learning from each other.

Charity should be a regular practice to uplift society and to unlock one’s higher self. This generosity is a common thread that unites entrepreneurs all over the world.

Having a child with special needs can be a challenging and overwhelming experience for parents. It can be difficult to know where to start in terms of finding resources and support for your child. However, there are steps you can take to make the journey a little easier.

1. Understand your child’s needs: The first step in helping your child is to understand their specific needs. This may involve working with doctors, therapists, and other medical professionals to get a clear picture of your child’s condition and the support they need.
2. Find support: It’s important to find a support network of other parents, caregivers, and professionals who can provide guidance and understanding. Local support groups, online communities, and organizations that serve families with children with special needs can be a great source of information and support.
3. Advocate for your child: It’s important to be an advocate for your child, especially when it comes to their education and healthcare. This may involve working with schools and medical professionals to develop an individualized education plan or healthcare plan that meets your child’s specific needs.
4. Take care of yourself: Caring for a child with special needs can be emotionally and physically demanding. It’s important to take care of yourself and seek support when you need it. This can involve finding a support group, seeking therapy, or taking breaks when needed.
Find joy: It can be easy to get caught up in the challenges of caring for a child with special needs, but it’s important to find joy and celebrate your child’s accomplishments. This may involve finding activities that your child enjoys and that allow them to thrive.

Caring for a child with special needs can be a journey, but it’s also an opportunity to learn, grow, and find joy in unexpected places. By understanding your child’s needs, finding support, advocating for your child, and taking care of yourself, you can help your child thrive and lead a fulfilling life.
