Dennis is CEO & Founder of The Ambitious Group. His passion is to build and grow global businesses. Since 2007, Dennis, along with his ambitious team, has grown The Ambitious Group to a leading International Recruitment Consultancy with nearly 400 employees and 10 specialized recruitment brands operating across 8 countries. Together with the board of The Ambitious Group he is responsible for the Vision & Strategy of the group. Additionally, he leads the further global expansion through organic growth and mergers and acquisitions.
CFO
Marnix is an experienced finance professional who worked for various PE-owned companies and supported those companies in their (in)organic growth strategies. His specialty is building a highly effective finance team that drives the business’s strategy by providing management information and data to support the business decisions enabling business growth, and financial success. He is responsible for leading the Finance, Legal & Facility team.
CDO
Robert is a digital leader, strategist and agile team builder with extensive experience in international companies of all sizes. His specialty is making data and digital solutions impactful for commercial purposes. He is responsible for leading the marketing, data and technology teams and the digital product portfolio.
CCO
David is all about recruitment, sales and people. Working in the recruitment sector for almost 20 years, wherein he has grown through the ranks from trainee recruitment consultant to CCO, he became a real Recruitment Business Leader. David successfully founded several recruitment companies and brands in his career. His love for people management helped him building strong and successful teams within these companies and brands. In his last role as MD of an international recruitment company he gained broad experience in the Finance, Legal, Facility and Marketing sides of recruitment. He is responsible for the Front Office of the Ambitious Group.
